These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between the Service Provider ("We", "Us", or "Our") and the Client ("You" or "Your"). By submitting your registration details and payment, you agree to these terms. Our service consists solely of applying for job vacancies on your behalf based on the information and preferences you provide.
To facilitate these applications, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, WhatsApp number, and an up-to-date resume. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details on your resume and application forms are truthful. We are not liable for any rejections, dismissals, or legal consequences resulting from false, misleading, or plagiarized information provided by you.
Payments for this service are collected manually prior to the commencement of any job application activities. All fees are final and non-refundable once the application process has begun, regardless of the outcome of the job applications.
We guarantee that we will execute the agreed-upon number of job applications on your behalf. However, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any specific response from employers. The hiring decision rests entirely with the prospective employers, and our service is strictly administrative.
Your privacy is important to us. The personal data you submit (including your resume, date of birth, and contact details) will be used exclusively for the purpose of applying for jobs on your behalf. We will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties outside of prospective employers without your explicit consent.
Depending on the application requirements, we may need to create profiles on job portals using your credentials or a designated email address.
Any communication received directly from employers (such as interview requests or assessments) will be forwarded to your provided WhatsApp number or email.
You are responsible for attending interviews, completing employer assessments, and handling all direct communication with the employer once an initial connection is made.
Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of potential income, arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to our service will not exceed the total amount you paid for the service.
We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately, without refund, if you are found to be providing fraudulent documents, engaging in abusive behavior, or violating any of these terms. You may request to halt applications at any time, but standard payment terms regarding non-refundability will still apply.
